Qualcuno mi sa dire la specie corretta?! :) Tra i cartellini all'Oasi e quel che vedo sul sito, ho un po' di confusione in testa... PS No treppiede, sì Monopiede

Excellent image with beautiful colors and superb details. Nice pose , beautiful background and composition. ( if mine I would go for vertical composition ).

Regards,
Satish.

Nice picture. The pose is superb, but I would have enhanced it more by closing the diaphragm: in this way the whole bird would have remained in focus from the tip of the beak to the paws

Thank you Satish. Vertical it would have been difficult with the monopod, and the bird was not so patient and stayed firm just few seconds :-) However, I think it would be a good compositions in vertical! I will try my next visit :-)

Hello Francis, I give you perfectly right :-)
It was a little dark, otherwise I would have closed the diaphragm more. With the 500, even with monopod, standing still is a feat :-)
It was closing time, I was photographing "in a hurry" and stupidly I didn't realize that I was "alone" at 800 ISO. Otherwise it would have been a moment, on the ISO still a hair and diaphragm more closed. At home, when I reviewed them, I thought I should close more.
Hurried is not a good counselor!
Thanks a thousand for passing and analyzing, it's always a pleasure to have comments like this: it's the only way to understand and improve ;-)
