Ho cercato di riprodurre i colori che i miei occhi hanno visto, che avevano un forte potere magnetico nel trasportarmi in epoche passate e facendomi assaporare atmosfere primordiali. I colori più brillanti avrebbero a mio parere rovinato quella patina misteriosa che la fotografia emana. Spesso si tende a saturare molto i colori nelle fotografie per "gridare" la bellezza di uno scorcio, personalmente tendo a fare l'opposto, preferendo i sussurri alle urla :)
Per quanto riguarda la tua domanda: ho trascorso 3 settimane in kayak in mezzo alle paludi munito di stivali ascellari.
Pagaiare di notte per essere pronto a fotografare durante le prime luci era la normalità, così come scendere dal kayak e immergermi per poter piazzare il cavalletto e scattare anche in scarse condizioni di luce. È stata un'avventura singolare.
Ragni e serpenti velenosi ce ne sono là dentro, così come gli alligatori che ho incontrato a pochi metri, tutti aspetti che hanno elevato la mia esperienza e che mi hanno fatto vivere ogni momento con maggiore intensità.
