Il Museo è una Galleria raffinata di autentici capolavori, infatti, sono presenti i più grandi artisti del Novecento con le loro opere più illuminanti.
Il Quarto Stato lo avrei collocato in uno spazio diverso, al centro della Galleria, per esaltarne la monumentalità. Infatti La Fiumana delle Pinacoteca di Brera ha una collocazione più felice.
