at 120mm, 1/800 f/5.6, ISO 100, hand held.

La Maserati A6 GCS venne costruita in 54 esemplari... più 4 motori... tra il 1953 ed il 1955. Il propulsore a 6 cilindri in linea di 1985 cm3 dotato di due alberi a camme nella testata... derivato da quello di Formula 2... erogava una potenza di 170 cavalli che facevano raggiungere alla vettura i 235 chilometri orari di velocità massima. La sigla A6 GCS è traducibile in Alfieri (Maserati) 6 cilindri in Ghisa Corsa Sport. Aveva telaio di tipo tubolare e la carrozzeria era della Carrozzeria Fantuzzi dei F.lli Medardo e Gino sita in Modena ma... alcune di queste... sempre in alluminio... furono realizzate da Frua, Pininfarina, Scaglietti e Vignale. Fra le tante vittorie conseguite si possono ricordare quella alla Targa Florio del 1954 con la vettura condotta da Luigi Musso e... sempre nello stesso anno... il 5° posto all'International Tourist Trophy... gara disputata l'11 settembre in Irlanda del Nord con Musso in coppia con Sergio Mantovani.
