L'idea che mi ha guidato è quella di sfruttare questi flussi di colore sfocati in chiave un po' "pop-psichedelico". Ho voluto basarmi fondamentalmente su uno strumento di ACR che davvero non uso mai: Divisione Toni. Prima di tutto ho pensato di rendere piuttosto neutro il WB per fare in modo che l'intervento di DT fosse più pulito. Ho applicato il profilo Fotocamera Fedele (quello che uso quasi sempre) e il WB DayLight, correggendo leggermente. Mi è uscito qualcosa di stranamente desaturato, non so perché... sono regolazioni che faccio comunemente... A questo punto ho semplicemente applicato Divisione Toni in modo piuttosto marcato e alzato parecchio la saturazione generale. Il tutto non certo in chiave realistica... Unica precauzione: ho cercato di mantenere la "peluria" del bocciolo di una tonalità molto neutra. E' una mia fissa: se in un'immagine ci sono dominanti o colori molto forti, ho l'idea che un elemento neutro aiuti l'occhio a "bilanciare" la scena dal punto di vista cromatico. L'effetto un po' pennellato che è uscito non mi dispiace in relazione all'intento "psichedelico" iniziale. Infine, essendo un "flusso" di colore, mi è venuto istintivo un taglio orizzontale molto allungato, piuttosto che verticale. Ma sono tutte scelte arbitrarie...
