Tra il Serengeti e la Ngorongoro Conservation Area è piovuto in abbondanza tra la fine di Febbraio ed il mese di Marzo di quest'anno. Alcune strade in certe giornate sono state rese impraticabili dal fango e dall'acqua. Diverse Jeep si sono bloccate nel fango ed hanno dovuto attendere ii soccorsi.
