Still remaining (as Marco wrote...) that photographing one of such beautiful and detailed specimen (with eyes in the room...) is not at all simple I give you my compliments for the fire and the colors on the subject at the top; in my personal taste, being the blurry animal placed in the air line in front of the main subject, I would have excluded it because it distracts a lot (maybe, but I emphasize maybe, the photo taken with the subject in the foreground in focus and the one placed behind blurred would have a different rendering...). I agree about the out of focus bird in the front, rather then behind, but that is nature photography sometimes.
Marco, about the rarity, in Israel, where the picture is taken,it was a very rare bird antil 2012, since then, it became as common as kestrels.
