As someone will have noticed from my profile, I have been living in the United States for some years (Boston area to be precise) so I have access to a birdscape very different from the Italian and European one in general.
In particular this bird (Red Widget Blackbird) very common in North America has an obvious and interesting sexual dimorphism, in fact the male is all black with yellow and red friezes on the wings. As a size it is comparable to a blackbird. If you're interested, there's a picture of the male in my "Birds of North America" gallery that I posted months ago.
