I used Corel Paintshop Ultimate Pro. I selected only the background with the "smart selection" tool and only on this part I used the filter "reducing noise in one step" trusting the default value. I used the only level of the photo by selecting only the part on which to denoise. I'm not good at pp at all and usually I just do the conversion from Raw to Jpeg with Nikon's free program. Maybe reviewing white and lights. In this case, however, I had to improve the background because the photo perhaps deserved it.
