peccato per il punto di ripresa troppo alto altrimenti era stupenda! per i bianchi ti è già stato detto, se vuoi fare in maniera veloce per soggetti bicolore esponi a spot sul soggetto, attento che se vai sul bianco la foto diventerà scura viceversa sul nero diventerà molto chiara, comunque se scatti in raw, recuperi le foto scure, ciao. ;-)

Il punto di ripresa, la direzione della luce e la conformazione cromatica del soggetto hanno minato il risultato finale dato che:
-il punto di ripresa è altissimo
-i bianchi sono in chiave alta
-i neri sono chiusi
Anche se cambiavi l'impostazine dell'esposizione in spot , secondo me, non avresti avuto un netto miglioramento anche perhè è sempre una interpretazione del sensore che non conosce la scena ma l'interpreta in base a dove cade la maf (zona scura o zona chiara).
Ti consiglio ..
a) di leggere più volte il tuo manuale cartaceo della reflex
b) di sfruttare la deviazione dell'esposzione in sovra o sotto esposizione come pratica correttiva
c) sfrutta di più le ore della giornata in cui la luce è più amica
