Questa mattina sono uscito presto per fare una camminata sotto casa e vedere la situazione della natura dopo questo stop forzato. Mi sono fermato in un punto panoramico per ammirare il sorgere del sole e la fauna. Ha attirato la mia attenzione questo volatile che per comportamento credevo fosse un picchio,era impegnato in una attività frenetica per portare cibo alla prole nella cavità di un alto pioppo,ma alla ripartenza era evidente che non lo fosse dato che non aveva il classico volo sinusoidale (e nemmeno i colori). Rientrato a casa dopo essermi documentato ed aver visto a modo le foto ho avuto conferma che è uno storno che ha deposto le uova all'interno di un nido dismesso di picchio. Onestamente non ero a conoscenza di questa pratica e sono rimasto veramente stupito.
