Concordo con max67...prova a fare qualche scatto chiudendo il diaframma ad f8, cerca di rispettare il tempo di sicurezza per evitare il mosso (a 400mm il tempo di scatto deve essere + veloce di 1/640) e regola gli iso in base alla luce presente.
