Hello, Fabio La cosa che più mi ha colpito è che una gran quantità di quadri sono esposti lungo le gallerie ad una altezza poco fruibile per l'osservazione e quindi viene da pensare che siano di autori minori, quando poi si tratta di leggere titolo e artista rimani invece stupito dai loro nomi !
So bene che questa disposizione risponde alla maniera con la quale si arredavano le ville intorno al quattro cinquecento e che, forse giustamente, non è stata mutata, lasciandola appunto nello stile della "quadreria" allora in voga, ma quando si accede alla sala del Caravaggio con le opere ad altezza apprezzabile, se ne ha una fruizione davvero eccezionale.
In effetti, anche se io non le posto, posso dire di aver visitato quasi tutte le chiese, musei e palazzi nobiliari di Roma, anche se ogni volta c'è in attesa una nuova bellissima sorpresa !
