La W 25 K Roadster venne prodotta nel triennio 1936-1938 dall'azienda Wandered che dal 1932 era stata inglobata nella Auto Union... oggi AUDI. Era dotata di un motore con 6 cilindri in linea di 1963 cm3 che... nel biennio 1936-37... era dotato di turbocompressore Roots... mentre nel 1938 era più semplicemente aspirato. Della versione turbo compressa furono realizzate 221 vetture che disponevano di 85 cavalli di potenza per una velocità massima che sfiorava i 145 chilometri orari mentre le 37 automobili assemblate nel 1938... e dotate di motore aspirato... potevano contare su una potenza di soli 40 cavalli.
