Very interesting, although I can not tell if the shot entirely satisfy me or not

Hello Alberto, I always enjoy your photos and even this is no exception, though I would note two IMHO, the composition with a central subject is so strong there, but here there is a slight shift to the right which I think is a little imbalances the image, the sky while not presenting burned areas has large areas with brightness values ??between 235 and 250 in which the eye is hard to see the nuances and the stoop a little.
Greetings :-)

Thanks for your comments and your suggestions, which I consider very constructive.
Answer on the composition, telling why I made it, then everyone can agree or not. In this photo there are three visual planes: the grass in the foreground, the hills with cypress trees in the middle and the clouds in the background. The sky is beautiful and dramatic, but I did not want to sacrifice the first floor because the day was extremely windy and the movement of herbs fascinated me, as made the dynamism of the scene and also gave a sense of the shape and direction of the clouds. I then distributed the cypress trees for two reasons: to avoid further include the dark hills that can be seen on the right and to create a balance with the highest stems of herbs on the left. Here I took a 24 mm (focal length shorter than I possess), but honestly I would have gone much more wide if I had a wide angle more stringent, thus including more sky, but without sacrificing the first floor, which ritengo important in this photo.

Thanks Catherine for observing the brightness of the clouds: I can tell you, however, that what you see here is the result of a strong high compression and resizing the image to remain in the size of 380 kB ... This has actually "burned" the darkest clouds, while in the original file I still have a certain amount before the value 255, with details and nuances visible in the lighter areas (I did own multiple exposures to capture).

Hello, Alberto.

Hello Alberto,
to tell you mine: I like the picture and even more the B & W, but from your description of the composition seemed to understand that the first floor was the grass ..... but the photo gives the impression that the first floor give the sky (IMHO)

Hello Janky, "first floor" I mean the closest element in terms of distance, so the grass in this case.
Perhaps instead you mean by "top" of the subject forografia, which for you is the sky ...

hello .... you will know what are the provisions of the scenes, but I wanted to say that as you load the sky, it seems that he is in the foreground, even closer to the grass so to speak!
