unfortunately the fox .... sent on April 02, 2020 (14:37) by Roby Photo. 22 comments, 998 views. [retina]

at 500mm, 1/2000 f/5.6, ISO 320, hand held. Specie: Vulpes vulpes

A few years ago... late in the evening already with very little light... on the way back from a photo afternoon a fox... in worse condition than this (completely poor peel)... crossed the road on the Apennine Bolognese.
I was in a wooded spot away from the inhabitants and since it spread into the scrub I could not do anything... that is, to warn someone to track them down... I didn't know where she had gone...

It is really displeased to see a fox in these conditions, in addition to the known difficulty for this species, and for others, to procure food, sometimes this also happens :-/ congratulations on your intervention, as well as for the well-made photo and the caption.

Thank you
I was difficult to warn the authorities but it always takes common sense even if you stay then ....

Bel document.

Truly a great gesture of humanity for saving this fox that did not even look like a fox from the advanced state of this disease. Thank you for your truly important commitment. Great shot

Oh poor fox! I hope they managed to cure her!
This, however, is a well-crafted document!

A photo that intrigued me and, having read with attention and interest all the caption, made me reflect and then prompted me to deepen. Congratulations, Roby, for the photo and information, but especially for your gesture.

An ugly disease that affects these wild animals and as you see from the photo his coat is remarkably damaged, document and caption are very interesting, congratulations Roby, great job ;-)
