Quando scatti sul cavalletto non ha senso alzare gli iso, meglio lasciarli bassi ed allungare il tempo di esposizione, solo in rari casi (tipo foto alle stelle o aurora boreale) ha senso alzare gli iso quando si usa il cavalletto.
Avrebbe senso anche nel caso, ad esempio, che fosse passata una barca e tu la volessi fermare nell'immagine.
Un'ultimo suggerimento. Le foto notturne hanno un gran fascino, ma prova a rifare questa stessa foto quando le luci artificiali sono già accese ma nel cielo c'è ancora un po' di luce naturale, magari con bei colori o nuvole con belle forme, la foto avrà ancora più fascino.
