I agree with Ciriciri81, with a time around 1/1600 (but also slower) you could decrease the iso and probably get a better result.
I use a technique opposite yours, first iso bass with enough time to freeze the subject when it is laid and then increase the iso to attempt some dynamic shots..... if I give up time, of course.

Io utilizzo una tecnica opposta alla tua, prima iso bassi con tempo sufficiente a congelare il soggetto quando è posato e poi aumento gli iso per tentare qualche scatto dinamico.....se me ne da il tempo, naturalmente.
