Schiara è una localita' di Tramonti e si trova nel parco delle 5 Terre. per gli amanti del trekking c'è da dire che si puo' raggiungere il sentiero solo a piedi ma ne vale la pena perchè il panorama ripaga della fatica fatta per arrivarci. Tempo di andata: 2 ore Tempo di ritorno: 1 ore 30 minuti Difficoltà: EE - Per escursionisti esperti Lunghezza: 2.521 km Dislivello: 372 m Il percorso proveniente da Biassa con una bella scalinata, sul versante del Golfo della Spezia, entra nel territorio del Parco al valico di S. Antonio (m. 508 s.l.m.m.). Ai margini di un'area attrezzata con tavoli e panche, si trova la chiesetta omonima dedicata agli Alpini che ha nelle vicinanze una fontana. Da qui passa anche il percorso di crinale AV5T. Il 504 si stacca di fronte alla chiesetta, e scende su via asfaltata per Schiara (riservata ai soli residenti) per circa 500 metri fino al c.d. Menhir di Biassa: monolite sormontato da una piccola croce, di possibili origini precristiane.
