La betulla é una pianta dei paesi nordici. Trovo questa pianta molto bella ed elegante in special modo in primavera con le sue piccole foglie. La bianca corteccia si sfalda “ a riccioli “. Questi sono un ottimo innesco per accendere il fuoco. Questa pianta dei climi freddi viene usata nella medicina popolare, in omeopatia e nei cosmetici. Sempre informarsi dal proprio medico primo del suo utilizzo.
