A questo punto, con il software DxO ViewPoint 3, ho messo in squadra le linee verticali e orizzontali e fatto un ritaglio in formato 2:1. Poi l'ho passato di nuovo a Photoshop e, con qualche altro aggiustamento, ho ottenuto questo file:

Infine con l'opzione "Filtro>Filtro Camera Raw" di Photoshop l'ho convertito in bianco e nero, con i parametri "Contrasto" +20, "Chiarezza" +20, "Rimuovi Foschia" +20 (quest'ultimo per accentuare il charoscuro del cielo, con un effetto simile a quello di un filtro polarizzatore); e quindi il risultato finale è quello visibile qui sopra.
Si noti che i rapporti tra larghezza e altezza dell'edificio sono riportati correttamente, e questo vale anche per le proporzioni di finestre e lesene.
Per contro, il cornicione del tetto e i frontoni delle finestre appaiono, in vicinanza dei bordi, eccessivamente sporgenti.
