Enjoy the detail! sent on February 14, 2020 (10:24) by Daniele Bonfiglio. 17 comments, 1427 views. [retina]

1/500 ISO 160, tripod.

Hello Sergio, thanks for the passage... yes, maybe aesthetically it can seem a little "tough"... keep in mind that here my intent was just to pull out the fine details... for example, the area to the left of the Aristarchus crater, or the Hyginus rhyme or the one-sided structure of the Copernicus crater... I really like to get lost in these details ;-)
hello, Daniel

sure, that's fine, I'd also do a softer, smaller version of this shot on a new file

@sergio: thank you for the advice: I will definitely make a softer image. by the way, I will calmly try to make ourselves a mineral moon
@fabio: thank you very much for the appreciation!
in general I am very happy because with the transition from the Canon 1300D to the Fuji X-T30 I solved the problem of the micromove (due to the mechanical shutter of the Canon) and now that I have solved also the problem of field rotation, I really have a perfect setup for my beloved Luna!

or hasselblad left on the moon :-D
I add that in detail and brightness management your image really gives you an idea of what you can perceive to the eyepiece of a great apo telescope with good seeing.
good

Simply spectacular!
I am absolutely ignorant in terms of astrophotography, both in terms of techniques and in terms of experience and knowledge, but your result seems excellent.
Congratulations!

Hello Massimo thank you very much for the passage!
Now that I have a 2x telextender (I've reached my instrument's resolution limit) I can't wait to try my hand at the Moon again! ;-)
