Riguardo alla tecnica, non è facile dirlo con esattezza da questo punto di vista, ma si può escludere con certezza un O goshi, per via della posizione delle gambe e delle anche di tori ma sopratutto perché in O goshi il braccio destro di tori passa basso dietro la schiena di uke e lo accompagna abbracciandolo per tutta la proiezione.
