Ciao, se digiti "photoshop tutorial" su google trovi qualche migliaio di pagine! Carica una foto, poi comincia ad usare il comando IMMAGINE/REGOLAZIONI/LIVELLI e/o IMMAGINE/REGOLAZIONI/CURVE. Con questi puoi regolare la luminosità generale della foto e impostare il contrasto. Per te che fotografi anche B/N puoi impostare il punto BIANCO e il punto NERO. Ti consiglio il libro "FOTOGRAFIA PROFESSIONALE - Il digitale in Bianco e nero" di John Heardsworth Editore Logos.
Per me è stato molto utile perchè semplice ed immediato. Hai bisogno di PS CS3 o successivi.
