Beh per esempio su questa foto no perchè alla fine la composizione è molto artistica quindi ci può anche stare!! però tipo su foto come: "Il centro di Berez" quella in cui hai fotografato edificio e cielo, magari lì senza rumore la foto viene più gradevole! ;-)

Photoshop! e poi vedi i tutorial su you tube per ridurre il rumore solo in determinate zone se non vuoi toglierlo su tutta la foto! ;-)
