Taglio audace e rischioso ma... il primo commento che mi viene in mente riguarda il fatto che il naso sia la cosa più in luce (e la più vicina) di tutta la foto facendo immaginare che sia proprio il naso il soggetto principale della foto (assai più degli occhi che sono invece in ombra).
Se evidenziare il naso era nelle intenzioni del fotografo, ok. Altrmenti, c'era qualcosa da rivedere nella posizione della modella o nel posizionamento delle luci.

Cutting bold and risky but ... The first comment that comes to mind is that the nose is the most light (and nearest) of any photo by imagining that it is the nose, the main subject of the photo (much more than the eyes that are in the shade).
If you highlight the nose was the intention of the photographer, ok. Altrmenti, there was something to reconsider the position of the model or the positioning of the lights.
