Il pavone appare sfocato e mosso.
La prossima volta che lo incontri cerca di usare iso più alti in modo di ottenere un tempo di scatto di sicurezza fotografando a mano libera. Normalmente si usa la regola dell'inverso della focale:
400mm su canon 1200D = 400mm X 1.6 (crop sensore) = 560mm equivalenti al formato full frame
Inverso della focale? 560mm = 1/500 secondi
1/100 secondi sono erano troppo pochi , se alzavi a 200 o 400 iso era più saggio.
Quando fotografi questi soggetti usa sempre 1 solo punto di auto focus e l'opzione ai-servo ;-)

A livello di composizione lascia sempre più spezio dove lo sguardo del soggetto è rivolto, in questo caso più spazio sulla tua sinistra.
