Con Chicco abbiamo pochi problemi, è stato preso da un gattile che era piccolo piccolo per cui è stato poco tempo con la mamma e non è un cacciatore, ogni tanto prende qualche insetto, ma poca roba però passa il tempo a guardarli, poi abituato dai noi alla presenza dei nostri volatili non li tocca, mentre la gatta che avevamo prima non toccava i nostri, il solito trucco appena si prendeva un uccellino glielo si faceva annusare e gli si diceva questo non lo devi toccare, ma qualsiasi uccellino "estraneo" gli arrivava a tiro lo prendeva
Poi sai gli animali hanno un grande rispetto della natura, molto più di certa gente che spara e poi magari non li mangia neanche.
Noi abbiamo acquario, voliera, gatto, abbiamo avuto anche i criceti, non abbiamo il cane sebbene io impazzisca per i cani, per mancanza di tempo e perchè io lo rovinerei, non so resistere allo sguardo del cane che sembra non mangi da due anni anche se ha sei mesi.
Per tutti gli animali di casa ci pensa mio marito ad accudirli, è molto attento, poi arrivando dalla campagna, Calabria, conosce le abitudini, si informa per il cibo, e da qualche anno abbiamo queste visite, ci sono pure gli storni, e qualche gazza e li c'è qualche problema, gli storni sporcano da matti e la gazza tenta di attaccare i nostri uccellini ma con qualche accortezza riusciamo a conviverci
