Yes! Google Translate made some problems .. I know I try to write you in Inglese (but I apologize for my mistakes) :-| You could be atto remove Those plain trails with a tool of Photoshop in original images! You can use the Clone Stamp Tool or the Spot Healing Brush Tool! So in the final image you will not have those trails! You can see a comparison of the same Startrail with plane trails and not in the middle of le seguenti article on my personal website! (Sorry but the article is written in Italian: just look pictures) ;-) [URL =] mlazzariphoto.com/articoli/startrail2.html Yes!!! Hi again. Don't worry for the mistakes, there are not that many and it's very kind to take your time to answer me! I've already removed the first shot so there are no dots anymore. Apart from that, I've also removed the last picture which was the one with the plane trail. I was lucky this time, but I need to train on removing these spots on Photoshop as well because the plane trail could well happen to fall in the middle of the series next time! I tend to use more the spot removal tool on Lightroom but I will definitely try to rely more on the Photoshop ones which are much more powerful! I checked your link, what great shots you made, congratulations! How did you manage to get this red color? Were there some auroras or something? |

Hello Bondjames, startail turned out well, but the advice I give you is that the first pictures of the cast out, once made the focus, do not touch anything from the first and to the last photo!'s Little else to recommend using iso known because of the background noise that s'impasta with clouds and stars! |

The red color of my pictures is to the two cities' light pollution! It's not a good thing but in some photos can be beautiful! If you see another Startrail I've made ([URL =] mlazzariphoto.com/portfolio.html # c5 ), pollution here is yellow! Clone Stamp Tool is very useful and easy to use: with this brush you can overwrite pixels with pixels of another area of ??the same image! In this case to erase plane trail you can copy a zone of dark sky! The red color of my pictures is due to the cities' light pollution! It's not a good thing but in some photos can be beautiful! Hi skender and thanks for the advices. I would have liked to keep the iso lower but unfortunately I was limited by a maximum length of 30 seconds for my exposures. I don't have any timer on my remote cable so I take 30 seconds shots in continuous shooting mode and I merge all my pictures together afterwards. To reduce the ISO I would need to invest in a new remote cable which i will probably do at a later stage. Regarding your first advise I already modified my picture to remove this default. I guess the camera moved a little between my first shot and all the others. I should have excluded that photo but I forgot to! Oh yes, pollution!! On your pictures this pollution adds something, it's really nice! I will take a closer look on this clone stamp tool, thanks again for everything, you really were of a great help! |
