Accoppiamento delle Artic Tern, feroci difensori dei propri nidi posizionati a terra. Difficile imbattersi in momenti di accoppiamento come questi, ma in Scozia nel giusto periodo le colonie sono in pieno estro e si possono osservare, stando attenti a non farsi beccare sul capo (un cappello e' consigliato), femmine in cova, maschi in caccia e "intimi" attimi.

Composizione delicata da gestire. Ho cercato di mantenere spazio a destra senza sacrificare le splendide ali di questo esemplare.

Pair of Artic Tern, fierce defenders of their nests placed on the ground.
