Un gruppo di ragazzi sudanesi si godono il tramonto del sole dalla cima del Gebel Barkal. La visuale da quest'altura spazia dalle piramidi ed i templi egizi sottostanti fino al Sahara orientale. Ogni giorno, al tramonto, tutti i giovani si arrampicano fino a raggiungerne la cima piatta. Contemplano il panorama, scherzano tra loro e si esercitano nel parlare in inglese con i pochissimi turisti che visitano questa località.
