Non amo particolarmente queste sagre. Ormai si fa festa per ogni occasione, per la castagna, per gli asparagi,
per le fragole, per le lenticchie...ecc. Troppa gente, troppa confusione.

Sono molto attaccato all'Abruzzo, alla "terra d'Abruzzi" di D'Annunzio, alla sua gente e ciò che mi ha regalato in termini di emozioni, per cui rispetto quel mondo antico, quella vita antica, questa regione e la sua gente.
