E' facilissimo, anche perchè qua lo sfondo è omogeneo, te lo farei anche io ma non so se ti fidi..

ciao Matteo, foto molto bella. non sono anch'io un gran esperto di PS, ma in questo caso penso di poter dire: tampone di diametro grande, quasi come la mano, con bordo sfumato. Gigi.

L'espressione io l'associo a timidezza mista a curiosità ...
Per quanto riguarda il taglio che suggerisci, secondo me la foto perderebbe le proporzioni gradevoli che ora secondo me ha, grazie al soggetto decentrato.
Tagliando inevitabilmente cadrebbe al centro del fotogramma, a meno di non stringere ancora di più sul viso.

As for the cut you suggest, I think the picture would lose the proportions pleasing to me that now has, thanks to center subject.
Cutting inevitably would fall in the middle of the frame, unless you tighten even more on the face.
