Il Char Minar (dalla Lingua persiana quattro minareti), o madrasa Khalif Niazkhoul, è un edificio storico del centro di Bukhara in Uzbekistan che è stato costruito nel 1807 con i fondi del ricco mercante turcomanno, Khalif Khoudoïd.
