per quanto riguarda l'acqua nella zona Monument-Grand Canyon credo sia un fatto molto sporadico: 3gg' prima nel tragitto tra Phoenix ed il Grand Canyon, nella Sun Valley, abbiamo preso un diluvio incredibile di quasi 2h  una scena grottesca: il primo giorno negli USA, entriamo nella valle del sole pronti a schiattare di caldo e invece faceva freddo, nuvole basse e acqua a catinelle...tanto da aumentare il trasporto solido del Colorado e donargli un insolito colore arancione come puoi vedere in un'altra foto  Credo che questa pozzanghera sia dovuta alla stessa perturbazione che, probabilmente, avrà bagnato anche la zona di Kayenta e della Monument... |

effettivamente anche io la scatterei in modo differente adesso ma, ahimè, al momento dello scatto possedevo la reflex da meno di un anno ed ero totalmente ignorante in campo fotografico: il soggetto principale al centro del fotogramma mi sembrava un must adesso preferirei avere uno scatto un po' più dinamico ma pazienza, sono comunque molto affezionato anche a questo
più a pelo dell'acqua non saprei come, ero sdraiato per terra se ben ricordo, con la reflex 10cm sopra al pelo dell'acqua
