Alex

The place is gorgeous and the shot as well. Personally, I've raised a hair blacks, but here are just a taste. Greetings

Thanks for the ride, the black was a bit 'up, but I'm always afraid to exaggerate ... ;-)

Bel lavoro comunque! Complimenti!

Riki

I like it, simple, well made, good times for the water, nice readable detail on the bank with frozen twigs ... the white snow are on the edge and the flat light certainly did not help to make it more detailed with some shade and some chromatic aberration you can still correct in PP. Nice work anyway! Congratulations!

Ciao
Andrea

Hello, I find it pleasant and well composed.

also the subject ... sometimes I like to get beautiful shots you do not need to force paesggi imposing but just a simple small stream in the woods :-)

Personally I would try to pump it a little 'more in post production to make this already good shot even stronger

Hello
Andrea

Grazie Andrea, cosa intendi per "pomparla"?

Thanks Andrew, what do you mean by "pump it"?

goodlight.us/writing/luminositymasks/luminositymasks-1.html

If I had a shot slightly underexposed where the snow is best seen you using levels, highlight only the snow "good." The rest I like, the max would use a luminosity mask to fight better if they have already discussed several times here on the forum and there are people who use it in an exceptional way, the link to Tony Kuyper on the luminosity mask is this:
goodlight.us/writing/luminositymasks/luminositymasks-1.html
To correct chromatic aberration (you can clearly see in the HD version in step snow-branches for example). Correction I use photoshop a little hacking, and where I can not get good results try to correct with the brush pixel by pixel. I hope to have been useful for my skills of PP ...

Thanks Riki ... Kuyper's article I had read it, but I do not have in-depth the topic well, I'll try to re-read it carefully ...

You have been very useful! ;-)
