È uno scatto che mi sta a cuore. Ero a Cannobio, sul lago Maggiore e mentre stavo andando a prendere l'auto ho notato la piccola tra i ciottoli immobile. Dopo aver fermato la persona che mi precedeva, l''ho raccolta. Era indifesa, fredda ed immobile, come ibernata. Dopo un paio di minuti con il calore delle mie mani si è ripresa e l'ho appoggiata su un muretto. Pochi secondi ed è scomparsa all'interno di un giardino. È la seconda volta che mi capita di salvare una lucertola in inverno.
