Hello Letwedy! Beautiful shot!
Considering that with only 1.6 seconds you managed to get some stars and that the evening was beautiful clear... I would have tried to capture a little more, thus attempting a balanced combination of times, opening and iso not to burn the photo in the illuminated part of the country but increasing the probability of catching the stars. I would have tried 10 sec. with f/8 with ISO 100...to start and then increasing the seconds if too dark or increasing the stops up to f/11 if too bright. I like this kind of shots and when I find an inuadration, like this one that's beautiful, I stay there quite a bit and I try different combinations and then see in PP what came best.
So many compliments for the shot!
A soon,
Simone

Hello Simone,
I actually missed that "pinch" of technique that would allow me to take back more stars. The starting point was just that. Thank you so much for the highly appreciated technical cues.
A soon,
Letizia
