con Nikon TC-17E II, 1/1000 f/8.0, ISO 640, tripod. Oasi Laguna Orbetello, Italy. Specie: Prunella modularis

You are perfectly right with regard to the now total absence of criticism (constructive and not). Sometimes I've tried (I believe with good reason) but I have always found out from the crowd, probably seen as a nuisance, so ....... As for your shot: EXCELLENT!! :-D:-D:-D:-D:-D a salutone, R.

One click really beautiful, with an excellent sharpness and a fantastic lighting.

The resume point, and especially the excellent perch make it a really great photo.

Compliments

It 's really a show!! Only one thing .... I tried it with a diaphragm F/10 ISO1000 to keep in focus even paws and tail .... but this is easy to say and little to be .... I ever happens to me tell the truth ... and a little blur on the subject I also like a lot!! In great!

I agree with your analysis in caption ... Here, however, there is little to say: excellent!

Thank you all! :-P:-P:-P:-P:-P I am glad that we are many to share the same concerns, more than anything else so as not to "expire" the Forum, always stood for the constructive line, I personally I have benefited a lot and you never stop learning. If you notice I have photos in the galleries of two years ago, now I see them full of flaws, which I would never have noticed if I walked part of the forum .. Besides, if we have the ability to post photos in the galleries and then send them to the "Discussion" means to play the game and accept the various comments, whatever, lighting of the discussions that can not but do good, if not always fall in content vulgar ..
@ Zana08 "I tried using an aperture F/10 ISO1000 to keep in focus even paws and tail"
What I've done in other shots mto the result does not change much with regard to the PDC (this subject was located about 6.5 m., already the 600mm alone is a tragedy for the very small PDC then brought to 1000mm the PDC is always very limited) in compensation with ISO 1000, I slipped a lot of noise in the shadows, and expired of detail (the setting needed to raise the time to try to catch the fly). The D4 has a great sensor but given the situation, or static image, it compensates by focusing on quality attention to detail, from field tests I noticed that up to ISO 650 the D4 gets always exceptional detail then declined gradually.
Thanks In
