Lomscatto is beautiful and very interesting. In addition to the pleasure it gives, it arouses in me curiosity. From what you write (thank you), the well or rather the water, you could reach by descending 13 levels through the stairs clearly visible in photos and then climbed up with the water load. The width of the walkways is reduced. I can only imagine the fatigue of those who drew water and how many of them, if they had put a foot in the cephalo, perhaps unbalanced by the load, would have fallen with imaginable consequences.
Incredible and fascinating
