Patience and perseverance have rewarded you.
Place of great charm. If I lived in Ireland, I would go there all the time, in all weather and light conditions :-)
Good as always Gianluca, a dear greeting.

Thank you My Friend!!! :-)
what beautiful words! :-P
in fact it's a great location, but now it's always crowded.
I also had in mind to go back the day after but the stages of the trip did not allow it... and in any case for 3 days was so the weather/light. It would be to try with the mist...

Beautiful place, visited now 7 years ago. Amazing how much TV shows do. At the time we met no one but two cars in the opposite direction... for the rest of total solitude.
The hard part of that place is to find it in the right light, it still seems to me that you have achieved a good result. Nice shot!

Thank you David!!
really the light was pretty lousy... I had to work on it a lot in pp... :-P fortunately the Sony file lends itself very much to even incisive jobs, usually I prefer to be lighter but was smoldered

Beautiful shot in a unique location. Your perseverance, toyed by a little luck, gave you the opportunity to realize what you had in mind. good at.

@Frapaso
Thank you!!! That's very nice. The light was not the top but I was satisfied. For the rest I confess to having also stopped the people who were coming :-D

Thank you Kelly!
I'm not thinking about it while shooting in those days, I was talking to friends about it with me that I have a friend (you, but also others) disgruntled and I'm really lucky.
I'm going to turn my finger inthe sore: this... I could see how it goes from 4 to 8...
I compared it to 24-105 and Nikon ais 105 2.5 which is a blade and is better than 24-105. The sony canvas won on all perfect edges.
Unfortunately with ALL lenses there is Variability, on GMs less but also on those a minimum and also for other brands

It happened to me, too. Even a cosplayer group from GOT! I was going to take grasshoppers all :-D
I also had to resort to the clone stamp!
Great congratulations!

Eh as I understand you, I went to 5am and I was the first on the spot, but after a few minutes came groups of photographers who put themselves on drums to do this iconic shot. Luckily as long as I was there they didn't pass cars...
Sad for the flat light of the sky, here would come out beautiful games of light/shadow that would emphasize the weaves of trees, but you have to take what comes. However, I believe that the result is more than good!!!

Thank you Stafano!
knew that the headlights of a car in the distance wouldn't have been sorry for me to have gone at 5a?!?!
we unfortunately planned a trip with many stages so I could not go back on the day after
hello
