Troppo rumore.
In CameraRAW (se usi Photoshop), vai nella sezione "Detail" (icona con le piramidi nere) e alza lo slider Luminance per ridurre il rumore (e i dettagli) e abbassa lo slider Amout per ridurre l'effetto a puntini.
Devi trovare un buon compromesso tra Detail/Amount/Luminance.
Vista l'ampia porzione sfuocata, puoi lavorare su due livelli: uno con Luminance bello alto per togliere il rumore dallo sfondo e uno con il Luminance più basso per il pettirosso. Poi lavori sulla maschera di livello per fondere i due layer.

Too much noise.
In CameraRaw (if you use Photoshop), go to the "Detail" (icon with black pyramids) and raises the Luminance slider to reduce noise (and detail) and lowers the slider to reduce the amout of dots.
You have to find a good compromise between Detail / Amount / Luminance.
Given the wide portion in focus, you can work on two levels: one with high Luminance nice to remove the noise from the background and one with the Luminance lower for the robin. Then work on the layer mask to blend the two layers.
