Di recente ho visitato Palazzo Pitti e il Giardino di Boboli a Firenze. Appena varcata la soglia mi sono subito reso conto di essere entrato in un luogo favoloso, quasi surreale. Ogni centimetro quadrato di spazio è un'opera d'arte ed è impressionante lo splendore di ogni singola sala. Ho vagato strabiliato per quattro ore all'interno del palazzo, senza preoccuparmi di perder tempo, nella più totale beatitudine. Per metà giro, mi sono focalizzato sul ricercare il miglior punto di ripresa per fotografare alcune delle sculture che hanno stimolato maggiormente la mia fantasia. Tra queste l'opera di Salvino Salvini: La Ehma, che porge una mano verso il visitatore. La scultura è per sua natura tridimensionale, ma può esserlo una comune fotografia? Questo è l'effetto che mi ero immaginato di creare e spero che anche a voi possa dare l'impressione che quella mano stia per uscire dal piano dell'immagine.
