Ieri sono riuscito a documentare il momento in cui la femmina di macaone deponeva le uova sulla pianta nutrice (finocchio selvatico) che ho in giardino. Era assolutamente frenetica, si spostava da un punto all'altro della pianta in modo da deporre ciascun uovo lontano dagli altri e alternava questa attività a nutrirsi abbondantemente sulla buddleia.
