In contrasto con la sua fama di piccolo predatore e di "spazzino", questo Black-backed jackal - sciacallo dal manto argentato - ha uno sguardo dolce, quasi romantico, immerso com'e nei fiori. Ha piovuto da poco, finalmente, nel Kgalagadi e nel giro di poche ore il terreno arido si è riempito di colore.
