Mother is the one who decides to take care of those who have yet to grow up... I see it that way, and I really like it.
CongratulationS Ale, hello!

Great shot Ale! With two brothers, it went as we know... who knows how it would have gone if it had been two sisters! This :-D

The ancient law and historical power of women... ;-)
Bachofen took years to write an opera on this subject, while you were able to tell it all through a shot! 8-) :-D
Very good! Always offer interesting images that stimulate thought and confrontation!
Congratulations!

Michele, how to blame yourself... very hard task!
Romy... voice out of the chorus. :-D I can't answer that. Maybe Rome wasn't called Rome, but Romy... :-D
Claudio, thank you so much for your comment! always very kind!
Hello Marco!
Purple, Bachofen is too complicated for me... and I seem to remember that even among the scholars of his work there is confusion. I thought i would express clearer concepts with this shot and I hope you understand the respect and admiration I feel for the woman (also) in her role as a mother (not necessarily children of her own as Michele writes).
Simone thank you so much for the nice comment!
Claudio, needless to hide it... I have a particular "sympathy" for the wolf and for its contradaioli... ;-)
thank all friends for the visit!

The concept comes to a clear point.
Bachofen, through her studies, wanted to emphasize the crucial role of women in the development of society of every era and of every people
Hello Ale, good day!

Friend I really like this shot and the title is very representative...
A little note... I don't know if it's my screen but I see the slightly dark shot
Comunque it remains a good shot. As always,

Evviva Bachofen.

Me ne compiaccio!MrGreen

Ciao!

Very beautiful association that breaks away from the iconic religious one and proposes a different reading of motherhood, hello Andrea

thank you so much Andrea for your comment! That was the idea... to be able to propose a slightly different point of view than the classic one about mother-child love. In short, the "work" of mother is so complex that it is very difficult to tell even with a series of shots but in my opinion it is worth trying :-D
a dear greeting
