Litorale romano, vasche di Maccarese
Uno scatto del lontano 2005 o 2006, forse anche 2004 , anno in cui iniziai questo genere fotografico , solo come documento data la scarsa qualità della foto, realizzato con il primo sistema 4/3 della Olympus , con obiettivo Sigma 135-400, aquistato dopo avere iniziato con una compatta superzoom della Panasonic, una FZ 10.
Muovendo i primi passi in questo genere scoprii questo luogo grazie a un fotografo conosciuto nell'oasi di Macchia grande che mi portò in questo luogo sconosciuto a me.
All'epoca le vasche erano si recintate ma per modo di dire ,di fatto abbandonate, infatti c'erano varchi da tutte le parti, piu che altro erano frequentate da pescatori dell'est europeo che si posizionavano sulle prime vasche dove l'acqua era piu alta,la mattina ci salutavamo, io andavo in quelle piu lontane ma adatte alla foto di limicoli dato che una di esse era un immenso pantano pieno di ogni specie di limicoli,mentre le altre erano adatte per anatre e aironi, e loro pescavano nelle altre senza disturbarci a vicenda.
Erano i primi tempi che praticavo questo genere fotografico e non essendo esperto ancora non avevo scoperto il piano di ripresa rasoterra, oltre a non avere ancora affinato le tecniche di ripresa,ma documentandomi continuamente su varie riviste del settore e seguendo fotografi come Bissattini piano piano iniziai a entrare in questo meraviglioso mondo .
Questo scatto è da cestinare se non per la rara specie ripresa in questa zona, all'epoca non sapevo nemmeno della rarità di questa specie , recentemente cercando delle foto di altro genere mi sono imbattuto in questa foto, è indecente, mossa, con luce sfavorevole, piano di ripresa alto, mi ricordo solo che la feci nella prima vasca sulla destra entrando dal cancello principale ,camminando mentre ero intento ad andare nella vasca dei limicoli
Data la rarità della specie nella nostra zona ho pensato di sistemarla alla meno peggio, solo come documento.
