Very beautiful both the colors and the atmosphere but the cut does not convince me

Thanks for your review, Fe140. :-)
Be you sure the tree is too far left?

I don't know... the first impression seeing the tree cut in half was not positive...

Ah, so, if I understand correctly, you are referring to the fact that you did not show the tree in full, but only a part of it (the branches higher up)?

No, it's not because you didn't show the whole tree, but the figure as it is seems to me not very harmonious... maybe it's just those branches at the bottom right that you don't understand where they start from and disturb my attention :-)

Ah ok, now I understand.
E being so many branches and also wanting to frame that part of the sky by force of what came like this. Perhaps I could try to cut a part lower or to adopt a square cut, but even so, some piece of branch would sprout the same from below, without reconnecting to the central body. However, perhaps it would make it a little more harmonious.

M like the colors but the tree I would have left it whole

Thank you for your opinion, Merlin82.
The tree I did not photograph it whole, because I liked this portion of the sky and if I had varied the angle of field (even retreating), I would have given more space to the other colors of the sky: I particularly liked that point where there is a good contrast between clearer sky (lower left) and darker / darker sky in the upper right with the middle between the two zone an area where there is a more gradual transition from one to the other.
I wanted to focus the observer's attention a lot on that area as well (hoping to have succeeded well). A hint of contrast and saturation emphasized this contrast of the sky.

Try it, so let's see what comes out.
A other alternative would be to cut a part of the sky starting from the top until you get halfway from the tip of the tree

Ah, I get it. So you would eliminate the branches at the bottom and in the central area, those slightly to the right. So the ones closest to the trunk would remain.

No, try to delete only the top without touching the right margin, if it does not work then try also as you wrote in your last message

Sorry, I had misread. :-D I guess I'm a little tired. :-D
Then I should decrease the portion of the sky a little.
I better if I look at the photo calmly tomorrow, so I'm more focused. ;-)

Yes, decrease a portion of the sky in order to obtain an imaginary line (diagonal) that starts from the tip of the tree and that arrives at the last branch in the lower right. The whole thing should make the composition more harmonious.
Comunque it would be useful to see all the variants...
Good work and good night

Variant 1 with cutting of a part of the sky:
Variant 2 with square cut:
In case you comment here so as not to disperse the advice and also because these variants of compositional cut I will keep only a few days, then, in the future I will delete them.
Thank you all. :-)
EDIT:
The images of the variants I deleted from the gallery.

I like the variant 1 ,at least you can see that there was a tree ,in the 2 it almost looks like a bush :-)

Variant 1 for me too, now a composition seems more balanced than before, (personal taste) I do not know for you...

I'm reflecting on the original version and on the one with a bit of sky cut: as a composition perhaps it is more balanced, but given the little sky it seems to me to communicate more heaviness. With a greater presence of the sky the photo communicates more a sense of lightness.
I'm somewhat undecided, I'll think about it.
in the 2 looks almost like a bush

In fact...
