Il Monte Nebo è il monte dove la Bibbia dice che Mosè contemplò per la prima volta la Terra Promessa, in effetti il panorama che si gode nelle giornate più limpide nel punto più alto (817 mt) spazia da Israele, la Cisgiordania il Mar Morto, nelle giornate più limpide la vista arriva sino a Gerusalemme. E' uno dei luoghi più importanti, sia per la Cristianità, sia per la religione Ebraica. Qua non è rado incontrare anche i Musulmani che si fermano a pregare davanti all'Olivo piantato da Giovanni Paolo II o vederli nel santuario dedicato a Mosè dove vi sono dei ricchi mosaici. I lumini fotografati sono un simbolo che ogni credente accende volgendo una preghiera, una piccola luce in una terra bellissima e martoriata da troppe guerre. Pareri e critiche sempre graditi
