Esemplare incontrato a fine giugno in val di Bresimo (Trentino) a 1900m di quota. Cercando informazioni per determinare di quale falena si trattasse, ho appreso che a seconda del luogo ( e quindi del clima) modificano il proprio ciclo vitale: in pianura infatti il ciclo vitale si completa in un anno e gli adulti sono visibili e fine estate inizio autunno mentre in montagna il ciclo completo dura due anni e gli adulti sono visibili ad inizio estate del secondo anno.
